Fees for Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

We understand therapy is an investment and one that deserves the highest level of care and service. To provide you with the highest quality of care that is personalized and client-centered, Cognizant Mental Health is out of network for all insurance companies. The cost of a session typically depends on the type of service being provided. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards as a form of payment. We use SimplePractice as our billing platform which allows clients to make payments using a HIPPA-compliant and secure point-of-sale.

Student Plans

Cognizant Mental Health offers student rates for K-12, undergraduate, or graduate students seeking services outside their school or university counseling centers. We are aware of the unique challenges facing students and are here to help you navigate your mental health needs to achieve success. (50 minutes per session - $80)

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please give us notice of at least 1 business day to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a fee of $55 and failure to show up for your appointment without prior contact will result in a full session fee.
